Call 112. If you can't speak, hold SOS in Guard for 3 seconds. Your circle gets an SMS with your location even if you have no data.

Open Guard → Protect and check protection mode is on. Then on your phone: Settings → Apps → Audit Am Guard → Battery → Unrestricted, and allow Microphone, Location (All the time) and Notifications. Some phones (Tecno, Infinix, itel, Xiaomi) also need 'Auto-start' allowed.

Check the number starts with 0 or +234 and that you have network. Wait 60 seconds and tap 'Send code' again. If you have DND active on your line, the code still comes through; if not, contact us.

Hold on and enter your PIN on the countdown to cancel. If it was already sent, tap 'End alert' → 'False alarm'. Your circle gets a message that you're safe.

SOS over the internet is free. Without data, Guard sends a normal SMS from your line, so your network's SMS rate applies. SMS sent by our system to your circle is free for you.

Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Audit Am Guard → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are decided by Google Play; request one at play.google.com or contact us and we'll help.

Ask your estate manager, HR or school admin for the join code. In Guard tap 'Estate · work · school', enter the code and your house or staff number. You can leave any time.

Tap 'Not true' on the alert, or long-press the chat message to report it. For serious cases (threats, jungle justice, child safety) also use this form.

In Guard → Circle → 'Register as a responder'. Our team will call you to verify your group before you receive alerts.

Yes. On iPhone you get SOS, circle, trip watch, safety timer, alerts, organisations and De Auditor AI. The panic gesture is a hard shake, 'Hey Siri, Guard SOS', the Action button or Back Tap. Code word, scream and gunshot detection are on Android only, because Apple doesn't let apps listen in the background.

Settings → Help & legal → Delete my account, in either app. Or see the Delete your account page.
