POS agent terms
These terms apply when you register as a POS agent in Audit Am. They add to our Terms of use.
1. Verification
You must give true details: your business name, landmark, shop location, terminals and phone number. We may call you and ask for photos of your shop and terminal. A verified badge means we checked these details at the time; it is not a licence, guarantee or endorsement of your services. Changing your business name or moving your shop means we check again.
2. Your listing
Verified agents appear in "Agents near me". Customers see your business name, landmark, services, hours, rating and distance, and your phone number only if you choose. Ratings come from users and are one per person.
3. Robbery alarm
Use it only during a real robbery or attack. It alerts your contacts, nearby verified agents, responders and, where we have an agreement, the police. Misuse can lead to suspension. Always call 112.
4. Cash and e-float swap
- Only verified agents can use it. Phone numbers are shared only when the person who posted accepts an offer.
- Meet at a shop, never on the road. Confirm the e-float in your own app or terminal before any cash changes hands. Never rely on an SMS or a screenshot.
- De Auditor Group Ltd is not a party to any swap, doesn't hold money, and isn't responsible for losses between agents. Report fraud in the app and to the police.
5. Reporting customers
Report only what happened to you, with evidence if you have it. Reports follow our Reports & disputes policy. Never confront, beat or shame a suspect.
6. Your ledger and calculator
Your ledger and end-of-day records are private to you. The charges calculator uses the prices you set; it is a tool, not financial advice, and you must follow your terminal provider's and the Central Bank of Nigeria's rules.
7. Suspension
We may suspend an agent profile reported for fraud, robbery set-ups or misuse while we check, and remove it if the reports are confirmed. You can ask for a review at support@deauditorgroup.com.ng.
