Delete your DA ID account
This page explains how to delete your account for Audit Am and Audit Am Guard by De Auditor Group Ltd, and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Audit Am or Guard and go to Settings (the person icon).
- Tap Help & legal → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your DA ID is deleted for both apps straight away.
If you have Premium, cancel it first or it will keep renewing: on Android, Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Can't open the app?
Use our support form and choose "Delete my account", or email support@deauditorgroup.com.ng from any address with the phone number of your account. We'll send an SMS code to that number to confirm it's you, and delete the account within 7 days.
What we delete

| Your profile (nickname, state, language), circle and PIN, family plan list, devices and keys, safety timers, organisation memberships, game scores and leaderboard entry, donor setting | SOS records: kept 12 months with your name removed, for safety and legal reasons. Alerts you posted: stay public without your nickname, and are anonymised after 12 months. Chat messages: deleted within 90 days. Payment records: kept as required by tax law (up to 6 years), without your profile. |
