Organisation terms

De Auditor Group Ltd · Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply to estates, residents' associations, companies, schools, security agencies and other organisations ("you") that buy an organisation plan from De Auditor Group Ltd ("we"). Our Terms of use also apply to your staff who use the apps.

1. The service

We provide: an organisation account; a join code for your members; an organisation portal showing live SOS from your members with their location and unit, member management, notices, staff trips (where members choose to share) and SOS history; SMS of each SOS to the control-room numbers you give us; and, for agencies with a signed data-sharing agreement, SOS in your state from people who allow official responders.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Data protection

For SOS alerts, member details and trips you receive, you act as an independent data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You must use this data only to respond to emergencies and keep your members safe; keep it confidential and secure; not sell it or use it for marketing, employment decisions, monitoring or any other purpose; and delete exported copies when no longer needed. Agencies must sign a data-sharing agreement with us before activation. We may suspend access if we believe data is being misused.

4. Fees and payment

5. Pilots and trials

Trials and pilots are free for the agreed period, provided as-is, and end automatically unless you pay.

6. Availability and limits

We aim to keep the portal and alerts available at all times, but delivery depends on mobile networks, phones, SMS providers and other things outside our control, and we don't guarantee any response time. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for acts of your staff, members, responders or third parties.

7. Term and termination

The plan runs for the period you paid for and renews when you pay again. Either side may end it with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms. When it ends, your portal access stops and your members are removed from the organisation; their personal accounts remain theirs.

8. General

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion for 30 days, then mediation, then the courts of Nigeria.
