Child safety standards
De Auditor Group Ltd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Audit Am and Audit Am Guard.
Our standards
- We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in alerts, media, chat or anywhere else in the Services.
- Users must be 13 or older; users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Chat blocks phone numbers and links to reduce the risk of moving children to private channels. There are no private messages between strangers.
- Images of children are allowed only in official missing-child alerts posted with a guardian's agreement, and our team reviews them.
Reporting
In the app, long-press a chat message to report it, or tap "Not true" on an alert. You can also email support@deauditorgroup.com.ng with "Child safety" in the subject. We review child-safety reports first, remove violating content, close the accounts involved, preserve evidence and report to the Nigeria Police Force, the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and other relevant authorities as required by law.
